If you have never been to Pride Cleaners, click New Customer and submit the necessary information to start the delivery set-up process. If you are a current Pride Cleaners customer and have an account with us, click the Existing Customer button.

New Customer

Submit the info and someone will be in touch to finalize your account and setup pickup and delivery.

Existing Customer

Login, add a credit card to your profile and then select pickup request.

How it Works

• No, you do not have to be present at the time of pick up or delivery – in fact, most of our customers are not.

• Total accountability and communication.

• The night before we are in your area, we will text you to ask if we need to stop by.

• You can make a pickup request anytime through our website and mobile app.

• We can send you an itemized delivery notification the moment your items are returned.

• We do like to feed the dogs milk bones…if you say it’s ok!

The Setup

  • Simply call our route concierge at 816-941-2262 and they will get you set up with our free pickup and delivery service.
  • We will get all your personal cleaning preferences to ensure we deliver exactly what you expect.
  • We will bring a delivery kit to you which includes 2 personalized bags.

Leave your items at the front door

  • Place your bag of dirty clothes at the front door and we will pick them up on your scheduled day.
  • If your front door is not a convenient location, we will be happy to use the spot of your choosing.
  • We will be in your neighborhood either every Monday & Thursday or every Tuesday & Friday
